I had some new lighting gear when we all started hearing about the rest of our concert season being cancelled — I mean, the pandemic was horrible for musicians. Don’t need to rehash that here. I do remember, at first, thinking “I guess I’ll get a couple of weeks to try out these lights…”
And I remember, as the pandemic wore on, how kind people were, helping us in large and small ways to pull through. I’ll be forever grateful.
